Neptune and Company, Inc., applies a unique set of quantitative planning and design skills to the Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) area. We develop data quality objectives (DQOs), evaluate statistical sampling plans, apply decision analytic approaches, and perform data and probabilistic risk analysis to support field investigations of military sites. These innovative approaches are more sophisticated and informative that off-the-shelf tools/approaches and geophysical survey specifications typically in use today.

Former Camp Beale - a large (>64K-acre) Formerly Used Defense Site with potential munitions and explosives of concern (MEC), materials potentially presenting an explosive hazard, and munitions constituents (MC;
Jackson Park - a marine site with potential discarded military munitions and MC contamination;
Helena Valley - an Army National Guard training facility;
Fallon Range Training Complex - an active training complex;, and,
Kaho'olawe Island - an unexploded ordnance (UXO) clearance project.

We have succeeded in gaining regulator approval while also developing efficient designs that have saved significant time and money.
