Ms. Lockhart is a data analyst with thirteen years of experience in data management, statistical analysis, and data interpretation. She has also performed quality assessments for the National Environmental Information Exchange Network for the U.S. EPA Office of Environmental Information and participated in the development of a Quality Management System document for this program. Kristen has supported the development of a Quality Management System for the Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) Review Process at the Food and Drug Administration. She has been involved in writing a Quality Assurance Project Plan to support one area of EPA’s Office of Environmental Information and has been involved in the development of a procedure for conducting database quality assessments. She provides support to the Los Alamos National Laboratory and other clients by writing, reviewing, and revising reports and work plans with a particular emphasis on performing statistical and graphical data analysis of environmental samples. Kristen has produced statistical appendices for RCRA Facility Investigation (RFI) and Voluntary Corrective Action (VCA) reports, which included graphical analysis such as box plots, histograms, borehole profile plots, and bubble plots (2-D and 3-D). She has also been involved in writing work plans, historical investigation reports, and investigation reports for Los Alamos National Laboratory under the new NMED Compliance Order format. She has managed Neptune and Company’s contributions to various reports for the Los Alamos National Laboratory Environmental Restoration Project.
